Tapahtumassa pääsette tutustumaan retkeily- ja erätaitoihin sekä muihin luontoaiheisiin erilaisilla esittely- ja toimintapisteillä.

Tapahtuman järjestää yhteistyöllä MLL:n Kaakkois-Suomen piirin Mennään metsään -hanke sekä MLL:n Taipalsaaren yhdistys.

Welcome to this free outdoor, hiking and wilderness skills event for families with children!
Come and discover hiking, outdoor skills, and nature through a variety of interactive activity and demonstration stations.
Activities for the whole family include:
- Fire-making demonstrations
- Hiking and camping equipment guidance
- Edible plants and food from nature
- Nature adventure course
- Nature education
- Information on local hiking trails and outdoor destinations
- Juice and grilled sausages for the first 100 participants
- …and much more!
If you wish, you are welcome to pitch your own tent in the event area and enjoy a day of family camping together with other families.
The event is organized in cooperation by the Into the Forest project of the Mannerheim League for Child Welfare Southeast Finland District, and the Mannerheim League for Child Welfare Taipalsaari Local Association.
